This PR introduces the following changes for Work Items listing feature:

  • Added responsive work-items listing with card/table views.
  • Added URL-driven search, filtering, page size, and cursor pagination.
  • Added project-scoped assignee and sprint facets with searchable combobox filters.
  • Added MSW mock API data/handlers for paginated, filterable work items.
  • Added tests for loading, filtering, pagination, URL state, errors, and combobox behavior.
