This PR introduces the following changes to add local-run Dockerized infrastructure, and ADO integration for work items:

Connect one Azure DevOps organization, project, and team through the Connections page. The setup flow tests the PAT and lets you choose from available projects and teams.
Use a read-only PAT with Work Items, Project and Team, and Identity read scopes. The PAT is sent to the FastAPI backend, encrypted at rest, and never returned to the browser.
Browse real work items with list and detail views, search, pagination, and type, state, assignee, and sprint filters.
View team sprints in the searchable sprint filter, including current and other configured iterations.
Read descriptions and acceptance criteria containing either Markdown or sanitized ADO HTML.
Run locally in either mode: Vite with a locally running FastAPI backend for debugging, or Docker Compose with persistent SQLite storage and automatic encryption-key initialization. MSW demo mode remains available.
Current scope: one configured connection for a trusted local installation. Application login and durable plan storage are not part of this connector feature.
